At Oysters Activewear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return and exchange process. Please review the policy below to understand your options.
Domestic Orders (India)
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Submissions beyond this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Important: A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process returns or report issues. The video must clearly display the package as opened, item condition, and any discrepancies.
Reverse Pickup Process
- We offer one free reverse pickup per order.
- Reverse pickups are subject to courier availability in your area (PIN code based).
- If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item using a trusted courier service.
Note:
If your pickup isn’t completed within 24–48 hours of approval, please contact us immediately so we can reinitiate it. Pickup delays due to regional issues must be reported within the 7-day return window to remain eligible.
Refund Details
- COD Orders: ₹49 COD charges will be deducted before refund.
- Prepaid Orders: A 3% processing fee will be deducted before refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval and item inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products marked under ‘Final Sale’ or clearance are not eligible.
- Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
First-Time Orders
We offer a one-time exchange or return for first-time orders, including refund eligibility (excluding deductions listed above).

International Orders
Return Policy
At this time, returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside India.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@oystersonline.in. Attach photos/videos and await further instructions.
Refunds for Serious Defects
In rare cases of confirmed product defects, the item cost will be refunded (excluding shipping charges) via the original payment method.
